Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Install, configure, maintain, and monitor computer operating systems, applications, and networks.
- Basic Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software faults and resolving technical and application problems (ie. but not limited to printers, telephony, CCTV, ISP)
- Provide technical support/assistance on-site or either through phone, email, or remote desktop access.
- Support the roll-out of new applications and onboarding for new hires
- Keep a record of issues, along with solutions, to refer to in future instances
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a corporate office
- Strong understanding of computer applications, hardware, and software
- Experience with MS Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledgeable in different types of Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android)
- Experience with troubleshooting network printers and other types of printers.
